Extremely Uncomfortable
I sized down like it was recommended and the shoes are simultaneously too small and too large. The toes are VERY narrow and squish the forward half of my foot while the heel is very loose and constantly rubbing up and down. where the light and dark brown patterns meet create this hard shelf on the inside of the shoe that rubs and creates blisters on my heel. The sole itself is uneven. Im not sure if it is supposed to contour to your foot or what but it feels like the heel is raised in the middle and my foot is constantly leaning inwards because the heel is tilted in. IDK if i just got a really messed up pair of shoes or what but they are not in the slightest bit comfortable.

Weird Sizing
I would like to comment on the sizing as I found it quite strange. I normally wear a size 9.5-10. Following the directions to size down, I ordered both the Flannel-Lined Bean Boots and the Chelsea Bean Boots, in size 9.5. When I tried them on, the Flannel-Lined Bean Boots were way too small and the Chelsea Bean Boots were so big they were falling off my feet! So I tried again and ordered the Flannel-Lined Bean Boots in a size 10 and the Chelsea Bean Boots in a 9. They both fit perfectly. How it is possible that the same brand, supposedly same sized boots, are a whole size different, I have no idea! But hopefully this helps someone else.

Too narrow
I read so many reviews before I purchased these because I wanted to make sure they were the right size. I sized down as was suggested. Unfortunately I should not have sized down and the worst part was that they are very narrow boots. I have average size 6.5 feet...I never have to buy wide shoes in anything, ever. These are too narrow and my feet felt scrunched. Please make wide sizes going forward or reevaluate your sizing. I wanted to like them, but had to return.
