Unhappy after washing
Washed in cold water but the fitted sheet shrunk to the point that it is difficult to keep it tucked under the mattress, top sheet got shorter causing the same problem.

Definitely buy a size smaller than your bed
Just got this spread recently so cannot comment on durability. Looks nice. Bought a full size for a queen bed and that was definitely a good decision.

Beware if you have cats
I like the size of this and it washes great. But, if you have cats…it snags easily. There are little strings hanging off.

Very Nice Bedspead!
This bedspread is beautiful! I have a queen size bed but after reading the reviews I ordered a full and it fits perfectly. The pattern is similar to others offered by other retailers but it's much nicer in my opinion. I purchased the shams as well. The material is very soft and warm enough for cool fall nights with a lightweight blanket. Honestly, I couldn't be happier.

lovely, elegant
This is a soft color, quietly-textured bedspread, elegant in a homespun sort of way, just what I was seeking in our small bedroom. I could use with a few more inches over the sides of our queen bed, but not enough to send it back.

Too little for too much
I returned this product, primarily because it didn't come with any shams. Shams are shown with the bedspread in the catalogue photo and for such a high price I thought it should include the shams.

Quality, for sure!
Classic bean quality & classic good looks. Interesting wonderful color. But, bit too wide - spread is so otherwise perfect, we'll deal with the width. Our bed is now all Bean linens, and oh so comfy & beautiful. Too expensice, you say? Divide the cost by # of nights of great sleep … well worth it!
