Not Usual Bean Quality Fit
I have for many, many years bought LL Bean clothing (and lots of it) for myself and also as gifts for others. Though pricey I always find the clothing to be of high quality, well made and nice fitting. A size large regular most of the time fits me very well. Not so much with this sweater. The material does not have much of a rebound when stretched and gets baggy. The sleeves are too short, so much so that when I bend my arms the sleeves clearly become too short. I am thinking that when I give this it's first wash and lay flat to dry that if it shrinks even just a little the sleeves will be too short to wear. I bought this sweater some time ago and have just today given it the first wear. If all these sweaters are cut like this in the sleeves I would not recommend anyone buying these. Of all the clothing I have bought from Bean in the past I don't usually give an online review. But thought I had to do this one to give others a heads up on this product. I know this is probably a onetime deal and will I always be an LL bean customer.

Good quality - TL runs small
I purchased a Tall-Large of this sweater based on the fit of the Tall-Large Ridgeknit Pullover Quarterzip (stated as "slightly fitted"). This sweater (stated as "regular fit") arrived and is significantly shorter in the body and sleeve, and fits much tighter to the body. The material and quality both appear to be very good, though because of the inconsistency in sizing I will be returning it and not reorder.
