Not Centered on material
It’s very functional but mine came made off center. The lines are not straight. It looks bad - not as represented. The water doesn’t run off properly and it looks weird.

no other mat lasts as long and looks great
This is my 2nd water hog mat. My 1st one was for my pup as she always made a mess with her water. She has since passed away after many years of good use to this mat. I still have the mat and use it with my other dogs however I now have a service dog who loves the water so of course I had to get another one only bigger!

Keeps water spills contained
I got this for my 6 month old Whoodle puppy, who tends to get distracted when eating and drinking. It helps keep her 'dribbling' contained on the rug...less mess. It's pretty and attractive, too!
