This is terrible. It is not as pictured. It is floppy, Seams don't stand straight. tried to soften it up, but, can't straighten it out. I can't return it, as it is too big and stiff to mail. I will donate it to charity. Pease refund me with a store credit. I have been with LL Bean for many many years. This is the first time, I have been disappointed. Thank You.

This is terrible, flops over. Can’t stand up straight. I tried everything. I want my money back. I didn’t Dave any packaging. I would just donate it, rather than return it. But, I feel I should be compensated for this terrible product.

Does not stand up
I purchased 2 of these unfortunately. They do not stand up as pictured and the edges fold in so it is impossible to throw laundry into the hamper. Do not recommend

Do. Not. Buy.
This thing is the bane of my existence. I bought it for my son’s nursery as I didn’t want to spend as much for a Steele brand and it was a big mistake! This does NOT stand up like in the pictures. It is a sloppy sunken mess on the floor at all times. I need to replace it but still mad that I wasted the money!!
