Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loose Threads Just purchased these sheets (King) and love the feel of them but dismayed at the number of loose/unraveling threads on the fitted sheet. There were several before I washed them, and after one wash, several threads are unraveling on the stitching of the fitted sheet. A little discouraging considering the price of them. Do hope the longtime quality of L.L. Bean products is not being shortchanged.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, Attractive, Long-lasting Sheets When we moved in 2024, we bought 4 sets of sheets from LL Bean. One set was this blue-and-white striped Egyptian cotton sheet, which outlasted one of the cheaper sheets we bought in 2024 that wore out quickly. So, we replaced it with another one of these blue-and-white-striped Egyptian sheets from LL Bean. It washes better, looks smoother, stays flatter, and feels great. Treat yourselves!

Perfectly well made and attractive but not as smooth to the touch as I expected from Egyptian long fibre cotton and especially at over $300 for a Queen sized sheet set.. Supposed to be cool sheets (Precale) but not yet in hot season. I hope so since I am a "hot"sleeper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautifully Soft - reassuringly comfortable I like most everything about the sheets. After 1 wash, correct pocket size, I find the contour sheet has minimal material on the long sides making tucking the tail difficult, something I would not expect due to the cost of the sheet set.
