A Great Gift!
This was a Christmas gift for my dad and he absolutely loves the jacket. It is perfect for cold temps but not bulky or uncomfortable. If you are looking for a coat for someone who easily gets overheated or for driving in the car, this is a great choice.
My teenage son also has this jacket and loves it because he can smoosh it down in his backpack when he gets to high school without carrying the weight of a big coat with him. He says it is plenty warm. If you know teens these days they don't like wearing coats and he loves the Ultralight 850! Enough said!

High quality, looks sharp
I got this for my husband and I am glad I picked this one. Cheaper versions looked loose in the back. He really likes it and uses it for work. I think it will last a long time.

Not as as good as th old one
As others have said, this version of the jacket doesn’t have the same loft as the old one I bought in 2015.. I’ve run it through a dryer cycle with tennis balls as recommended but it still doesn’t have the loft of my old one.

versatile jacket
We chose this jacket for my husband primarily because it is great for travel; it zips up into its own pocket. we pack this along with a water resistant shell to be ready for any weather. He really likes this jacket. It is so trim looking, fits over a sweatshirt, yet is very warm. The gray/green is a great color.

Perfect jacket for colder months
