The perfect jacket does exist!
I bought this for my 85 year old mother in law who absolutely loves it. It is easy for her to put on and take off, keeps her warm, and it has plenty of convenient pockets for her stuff. The color was perfect!

Wonderful medium weight sweater jacket
Perfect med weight sweater jacket to take the chill away. Wore this to the Grand Canyon on a windy 44° day and it was perfect. As the weather warmed up later in the day to the high 50’s, it was still the perfect coverage. Not too warm, not too chilly.
Purchased XL petite to have room for layering underneath.

This jacket is beauifully made, and well constructed. I do wish LL Bean would make a bit more of an athletic fit in some of their clothes. Most are too boxy looking

Bought this jacket for work, wanted full zip with zipper pockets. Tried it in a regular small, but petite fits so much better (5'4", 123 lbs). The quality is classic LL Bean and is nicer and softer on the inside than other similar looking jackets.

I’m glad I waited while this was on back order. It’s very comfortable and I like the weight. This is a great weight for the shoulder seasons. Thank you for including zippered pockets which are a must have, in my opinion.

Warm and comfy!
These full-zip sweater fleece tops are warm and cozy like a sweatshirt, but much more stylish and versatile. I have purchased four colors and love them all. The first one I got was a medium, and it looks great but doesn’t allow a lot of room for something underneath. The next three I got are large and roomy enough for a substantial under layer for cold days. The fabric doesn’t pull or attract cat hair like some other brands do. In short, I love these!
