Product Details
In a class all its own, our revolutionary 850 coat defies cold, wet weather - and comparison. We combined all the best outerwear technology - innovative DownTek fill, 850-fill-power and a Pertex Quantum nylon shell - for unbeatable performance.
We start with premium 850 down, which provides more warmth for its weight, and then treat it with revolutionary DownTek that allows our jackets to do what many others can't. Unlike ordinary untreated down that soaks up moisture, ours repels water and dries faster so it stays light, lofty and comfortable, longer.
- Shell and lining: 100% nylon ripstop.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Insulation: Yes, 850-fill DownTek™ water-repellent down
- Stow Pocket: Yes, internal stow pocket with zipper pull
- Wind Resistant: Yes
- Material: Pertex Quantum nylon shell is tightly woven for durability
- Water Resistant: Yes
- Weight: 1.16 lbs.
- Hooded: Yes, attached, insulated adjustable hood
- Closure: Two-way front zipper can open from top or bottom
- Pockets: Two zippered hand pockets, one interior stash pocket
- Elastic cuffs.
- 850-fill goose down is one of the highest on the market, delivering more warmth for weight.

Easily Packable
I got this 3/4 length coat because it’s easily packable, as I’m going on a trip to the barvarian alps & needed something easily to pack. It’s too bad it wasn’t the next step up, in regards to warmth. One would think, with being longer, and a hood, that it would be warmer.

Not what I wanted
The collar bugged me, and I didn't like the fitted shape. I would have preferred an A line coat. This one was retruned. I"ll keep looking.

Lightweight, great for everyday
I purchased this because I wanted an everyday lightweight coat with a hood. I wish a burgundy or dark green color would be an option like it is for the shorter version.
