What a find! NEW FAVORITE JACKET!
I happened into the LLBean Outlet store in Ellsworth, ME a few weeks ago and had the items I was looking for in my hand (the balsam pillows! Great gift :) when I saw the Sweater Fleece 3-in-1 Jacket on the sale rack IN MY SIZE. The beautiful color caught my eye, but I splurged on the impulse purchase when I saw the sale price. Am I ever glad that I did! The jacket is soft, warm, and waterproof--it has a hood--and it fits perfectly. I love it! I've added it to my LL Bean outerwear collection and have worn it numerous times. Have I mentioned how much I love it? LLBean is--and has been, in our family for GENERATIONS--the go-to for clothing, particularly outerwear. Oh, and Bean boots. Thank you, LL Bean!!

Exactly what is needed for north NJ winter. Cozy inner fleece (separate) jacket. Outer jacket has all great features: adjustable cuff closure, snaps if you do not need full zip. Wore first time today! Started as snow, went into rain while shoveling....waterproof outer. So happy with this purchase!

Sleeve don't slide thru easily with fleece liner
The biggest drawback is how difficult it is to get long sleeves into the jacket without them sliding up. The inner fleece lining doesn't allow the long sleeve to slide down easily. The sleeve lining would work so much better if it were of a quilted material.

The most versatile coat I’ve ever owned!
This coat has become my favorite! I love that the lining is a sweater that can be zipped in for more warmth, or removed for less warmth. It can also be worn as a sweater. Also has a hood that can be tucked in or out of an attached pouch.
