Really warm, love the flannel lining
This sweater is SO nice and warm. I have the other LL Bean wool sweater with the cool shoulder and elbow patches, but this one is warmer due to the flannel lining. I got the medium tall but honestly it’s a little on the wide side compared to “medium tall” at some other places. The length is great though (I’m 6’6”). My old complaint is the collar doesn’t have a flannel lining so it’s a little scratchy against my neck. Just a little though. The flannel adds a degree of wind-proofness too, so I’ll often wear this on winter road trips and it’s totally fine for running to/from the car and getting gas, etc.
All in all a great warm sweater for those extra cold winter nights.

Nice style and fit
Very handsome and extremely warm sweater. Sizes were spot on for both gifts. Ordered a Large Tall, and XL Tall both in Navy. The sweaters fit nicely on 6’4”, 200lb and 6’1 250lb.
