Inspired by true naval jackets, we crafted ours in an authentic, almost-black shade of navy - a time-tested classic that has been worn for decades.

Well made, warm, a true p coat. It's very heavy which some people may object to but this adds to a perception, perhaps a little subjective, that's it's warm and comfortable in the winter. There is a deep interior pocket close to the opening to the coat. This is very useful and provides quick access but for security It's always nice when these pockets have zippers which this one doesn't

I bought this for my son a month ago. He loves it. Comfortable, warm but not overheated. Great slash pockets and one inside pocket. Would defiantly recommend this PeaCoat ! Thank you LL Bean !
