Great material and fit.
I have these in cargo pants, but felt they were too casual for church. So happy to have found these with no cargo pockets. I look forward to purchasing other colors.

Comfortable, well-fitting, POCKETS!
I have been wearing L.L. Bean Perfect Fit Pants since 2013. At first, I wore the Boot Cut, but then discovered the Straight Leg had POCKETS! I usually order black, but have 1 pair of gray and 2 pair of navy. They fit very well, even on me, and I have inherited my mom's very full legs. I get the XL Petite, and can get away without hemming them if I wear thick-soled shoes. They are very comfortable for traveling, and I wear them to work under long tunics (I teach college, and the dress code is not formal at all). I gave these pants 4 stars instead of 5 because the black cotton jersey does fade a bit. However, I have re-dyed these black in the past with a good outcome. (Against the rules here to tell you which dye I used, but a mail order source, not a craft store.) And when I first started wearing them, they were the perfect length; now, they are a bit too long, but not so long that hemming is worth the work. But I will buy these again, when I am able. SO comfortable: stretchy, yet the fabric is thick, so if you don't buy a size too small, they are very modest. You really could wear these to yoga classes!

Way Too Long!
While I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these pants fit ( with one major exception) and also the nice feel and drape of the fabric, the pants were several inches longer at the inseam than described. I measured both legs and neither was anywhere close to the described 30” inseam. I have bought dozens of pairs of pants from LLBean over the years, and this was the first time there was such a problem.At this price point, it simply isn’t worth paying a tailor to hem them up several inches!

Nice fabric and drape, dress up or run around
I am new to wide leg pants and these were a perfect choice to start with that trend. I am a size 12/14 (L) but the Medium petite worked for me. I like the petite inseam, as it hangs just right with a flat shoe or sandal and would be ok with a slightly taller shoe as well.. I am 5' 4.5". These are suited to running around, or dress them up to go out. I did also order the navy, but it didn't seem to drape as nicely. The black is very chic. I like the wider band at the waist and of course, love the pockets!

Disappointing quality
The fabric is very inexpensive and does not hold it shape well. I got a little salad dressing on a spot and after washing it that spot never regained shape. They quality is disappointing to me.

Great product!
I have many pairs of these pants, several colors, I wear them for dress and for everyday. I will re-order when I think I need more, but doubt that I will as I am nearing my 94th birthday.
