We chose a new 11.2 oz fabric that's more substantial than our previous Terry Cloth Robe fabric to create a perfectly luxurious feel. It's also even softer than before. Made of sustainable 100% organic cotton from Turkey for the ultimate in comfort.

Plush, comfortable, but not absorbent
Don't know if it's the dark dye but the robe isn't very absorbent when I put it on after taking a shower - unfortunately I couldn't order a white one to compare. Nonetheless, very comfortable; it fits well and has a nice feel.
