Excellent Quality Hoodie
This is my 4th hoodie in this style, which is a nice mid -weight material. I haven't worn it yet, but wonder how the stitched - on LLB letters will hold up in the wash. The stitching is about 1/3" from the edge of the material, so it could possibly frey. Would rather not have the lettering, so gave it 4 stars.

Very versatile
The red chestnut is a beautiful color, not at all as orangey as it looks online. More sienna/red clay. I purchased quite a few of these, even an extra purple & white that are tucked away. I grab one instead of a jacket or sweater. I ordered them oversized so I could wear layers underneath in colder months. So sorry to see it looks like these 1912 sweatshirts are being phased out. It is so, so hard to find good basic, simple clothing today that isn't trendy, only geared for athletes. I grew up with LLBean & to see some of the earlier versions of clothing come back in recent years has been wonderful.

I recently purchased this hoodie and I am so happy I did. Originally I purchased a medium but returned for a petite large since it is semi fitted. The color is beautiful and it is so soft. The quality is top notch.
