I love 'em.
I've worn your "laced" duck shoes (what we always called them) since 1985. These slip-ons are great. I've always kept them at the entrance door from the garage into the house. I don't use them as "a dress shoe" though. Never have. Always have used them for yard work, walking to the mailbox at the top of my driveway, raking leaves, even shoveling snow.
FYI: I'm sure you've read customer reviews on your shirts. I've purchased them (mostly long-sleeve dress shirts) for over 30 years. The complaints (one-star reviews) prevented me from purchasing them in the past five or so years. Complaints of bad sizing and especially bad material people have experienced and commented that they, too, purchased them years ago when the quality was the touchstone of your clothing lines. Sad.

Awesomeness footwear for happy feet
I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy that I did. It’s very comfortable and the size recommendation to order one size smaller is spot on. I normally buy a size 9 shoe. Ordered a size 8, it fits just right. Waiting for some rainy weather to appreciate having dry feet.

Ridiculous sizing
I ordered down one size and they were still too big. Exchanged them for a half size smaller - still too big. Why can't Bean use standard sizing, instead of making us guess which size might fit. I hope the homeless person who gets these enjoys them.
