We've taken our rugged ripstop pants to the next level of comfort with an ultrasoft feel, a touch of stretch and a soft-knit elastic waistband.
- In a durable ripstop blend of 98% cotton with 2% spandex for just the right amount of stretch.
- Machine wash and dry.

Comfortable but do not seem to last
I bought four pairs of these pants last year. The first pair I ordered is already wearing out in the waistband and another pair is starting to rip. I bought them because I was looking for lightweight cotton pants to wear for work. The pants do keep me cool in the summer and are very comfortable. I just can't afford to have pants wear out after only one summer season. Moreover, the pants in my first order were the perfect length but the pants from a subsequent order three months later were much longer.

Love these, bring back the black!
Have several pairs of these in all the colors. Please bring back the black color! It's such a versatile basic, I'm not understanding why you have dropped it.

Nice pants
These are nice pants... not as lightweight as the Vista Camp Pants, but I guess I'd call them medium-light. They are a stiffer, more sturdy material than the Vista Camp Pants. The size "medium tall" was the perfect length for me. I'm 5'7.5" tall and they reach the bottom of my heal in the back- not too long though... if you're a little bit taller than me, you'd probably still find them to be long enough, depending on how you like them. I got the Dark Taupe color and I really like how they look- cool pants- I like them.

love them, but sizes are not as expected
Love the pants, but the size difference between a small and a medium is pretty signifcant. I have a pair in small from last year. I have changed a tad since then (ahem) but not much. the small ones fit, but I thought I'd order a medium just to be safe. I ordered the medium and they are huge. I washed in hot water just to see if they would shrink--they do not. so...pants are great, but may want to order two pair to be sure you get what is needed. I didn't try to take them back b/c I had washed them....

Better than jogging pants
The pants are very comfortable but I wish they were a little longer. Great for hiking and just walking the dog. I like that they are a little nicer than just jogging pants for errands and shopping

The fit
I wasn't sure i would like the color, dark taupe, but i do. i would describe it as a dark khaki green, not gray but it's a tough one to label with a good color. I like these slacks and they fit well.
