This hard-wearing, but soft, flannel-lined heavyweight hooded sweatshirt will keep the cold out and the warmth in year after year.
The Katahdin Iron Works operated in the north woods for much of the 19th century, employing thousands of hardworking Mainers. Inspired by their grit and strength, we designed our Katahdin Iron Works line of rugged work clothes to stand up to all kinds of rough use.
- 91% cotton, 9% polyester.
- 100% cotton flannel lining; sleeves are lined with 100% polyester.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Body is lined with soft flannel for extra warmth and comfort.
- Taffeta-lined sleeves for easy on/off.
- Triple-needle stitching adds durability.
- Underarm gussets for added mobility.
- Locker loop.
- Zip front.
- Ribbed trim at cuffs and hem.
- Front kangaroo pocket has interior security pocket.
- Specially-designed hood fits well even over a baseball cap.

A beautiful hooded wearable blanket type jacket.
Every time I wear this superb “super hoodie” it feels welcoming, like a favorite, cozy blanket. The best hooded garment I have ever worn. And I say garment because it’s more than a hooded sweatshirt. Thank you LL Bean!

My husband loves his new hoodie. Everything we get from LL BEAN is such high quality merchandise. I just hope it washes up nice with the flannel lining. Always bought sherpa lining.

Very Nice Hoodie
As soon as you pick it up you feel how much more substantial it is than a standard unlined sweatshirt, yet it has the ease and casualness you expect from a hoodie. For warmth, it feels like basically two layers, as if it were a flannel shirt sewn into a zip sweatshirt. I've been wearing it instead of a jacket in temperatures in the 40s & 50s. Mine is very well constructed and feels like it will last a long time.

Good casual hoodie sweat shirt.
I really like this hoodie sweat shirt. It’s soft and very comfortable. It’s also nice.and warm when I don’t need a Winter coat. However, would have liked inner pockets and a designated cell phone pocket.
