After more than two years, more than 75 testers and a close partnership with flannel experts at our mill in Portugal, we developed an exclusive process that removes fibers from the surface of the fabric to create a remarkably soft and velvety finish. The result is the most pill-resistant flannel pillowcases we've ever tested, unmatched in comfort and durability.

Cheap, thin, nubby
I used LL beans cases in the past, and they were quality.
However, these are the lowest grade I have ever seen. One wash and they have nubbies all over them. You can actually see the weave of fabric because there wasn't much fluff. I purchased from a competitor after these, and folded, the competitors was twice the thickness and no pilling. Llbean is going down in quality, and waaay up in price. Integrity
