Noisy!
I am sendinthis coat right back. I don’t know if it is the liner or the outer shell but the coat us so crinkly to handle and put on that you’d hear me coming a block away. No way do I want to wear this. You’d think at this price point there would have been more thought put into the materials - it gives the impression of a very cheap product. I am most unhappy.

Really really love this coat!
I buy a lot of clothing and most of my coats from L.L. Bean, but this coat is a standout. It is roomy and durable, but manages to look nice, even polished.. I would say that the coat runs large. I returned a bigger size when I realized large fit me well, still roomy even with a thick sweater. I am 5 foot nine and wear size 12. I love the toggles that allow you to adjust the coat at the waist line, the hood with an adjustable strap, the way the coat blocks all wind and I am not cold even on a very chilly, rainy, early spring morning walk with my dog. I find myself wearing the coat all the time, including to work even when it’s not raining. Best coat purchase I have made in a long time and I can’t wait to wear it in Ireland.

Nice Coat
This well-made coat will definitely keep me warm and dry. I was looking for a raincoat with no noticeable logos and this one fit the bill. I’m just hoping the wrinkles (from mail packaging) will eventually fall out. I normally wear an XS but had to buy this in a petite XS; it runs large. For size reference, I am 5’ 4.5”, 99 lbs.

Wore for the first time yesterday. Very comfy and kept me dry. I’m sure l will have many occasions to wear this coat in all seasons because it has a warm liner. Fit is perfect.

Just right for cool weather travel
I just got this and was surprised it was the same coat I bought in a different color a year or so ago without the thermal liner. That coat had the problem with the bill the description alluded to being corrected. It is! The bill on the other one was very stiff and straight for about 5" in the front and looked stupid. I fixed it by rolling it up and clipping it rolled up and leaving it that way to "retrain" the stiff fabric. This one does not have that problem. This one has a zip our thermal liner; the other one I bought did not. That sealed the deal; I will keep this because it will be just right for times of year. And I bought the rose color and it is gorgeous (that's a real factor for me -- color is important). Otherwise it's the same LLBean quality. No velcro to catch stuff. A nice knee length (I bought one size too big - always do for coats - so that may contribute to length).
