After months of searching, I finally ordered this coat and was not disappointed! It is everything I want in a raincoat: waterproof, windproof, breathable and versatile. I am 5'3", 130# and bought a Large Petite to wear layers underneath. It fits perfectly with the liner and without.
The quality and attention to detail is unsurpassed; snaps for easy closure, double zipper (which I have no issues), a small button to keep the sleeve liner in place and double seams throughout. The outside pockets are not zippered, but considering the inside pocket fits a phone and small wallet, it works for me. The blue is beautiful... more of a sapphire blue vs navy. Very pretty! I will use this coat for many years in a variety of seasons. A work of art!
