Nothing about the fit is perfect. I bought large based on reviews by women my height & weight. They were huge. I don’t think medium would have fit right either. I was disappointed in the fabric. I returned them. These were not at all what I was looking for.

Great comfy crop pants.
The crop pants are so comfortable, soft, and the fit is very nice and flattering. They fit so well I have purchased two others. For a petite size it could be a little bit shorter in the leg.
