Great quality belt. Buy your trouser size
Sizing on this belt is the same as your trouser size. Not true of all Bean belts. For example, I also bought the chino belt and had to return it to size up. A size 40 in the chino belt is exactly the same length as a 38 in this belt. The holes line up as well. Inconsistent sizing is slightly frustrating, but the quality of the products is fine.

It’s fine. Runs long. Ordered 44. I am 44. It’s on the last hole. It’s pretty wide. Barely fits loops on jeans.

Belt was designed by an idiot
This new belt is highly unsatisfactory. The leather is supple, which is nice. However, it immediately became obvious to me that the inside edges are sharp and rough—really rough. Very unpleasant to the touch. These edges were not sanded or somehow smoothed down, as they should have been. (The outside edges are smooth.) I’ve never had a belt with rough, sharp edges before—not even the older Bean belts I have. I paid only $20.00 for this product, thanks to my (now wasted) Bean Bucks, so rather than go through the hassle of returning it, off to Goodwill it goes.
