This is a soft, warm blanket that goes well with our quilt that we also bought from LL Bean. We wanted to add a bit more warmth with the arrival of fall.

Nice blanket but…..
Nice blanket but rather thin. Bought queen size but just barely long enough with only about 3 inches to spare. Way overpriced!

Mixed bag
The color (mid-blue) and the chevron pattern on this blanket are beautiful annd exactly what I was looking for. AND it’s made in the USA!
However, I bought this 3 months ago and it’s beginning to pill.
The measurements provided on the website are 108” x 90”. Measuring for the purpose of this review, my dimensions are 108 x 87.5; I’ve washed it twice using cold water (delicate cycle) and dried it on a clothesline (no electric dryer). I’d like to tuck it at the foot of the bed but there’s barely enough slack, making this possible on my standard king but ineffective. I rotated the blanket 90 degrees, giving ample room for tucking, but it makes the chevron patterns horizontal instead of vertical (I prefer vertical). Looking closely at the website’s modeled photo, the chevron pattern is also vertical. The website does suggest tucking at the sides though with no mention of the foot of bed.
Finally, I purchased this to use as a warm-weather blanket but sometimes I get chilly at night when used with a top sheet and the AC turned off.
So, it’s a mixed bag for me. I’m partial to products made in the USA but $190 is a lot to pay considering the negatives, especially when less expensive options exist (though probably made overseas). This blanket would be great for a seldom-used guest bedroom, or for the sole purpose of style (it’s beautiful!). But it’s just not very practical for me.
