Best most comfortable shirt for winter weather
This is the heaviest and softest shirt I own and great for the bitter cold we’ve been getting here lately in New Jersey. I already own five Wicked Good Flannel Shirts from LL BEAN. One of them is 15 years old the other four are over ten years old. Yes they cost more but you get what you pay for because they last and look good for a long time. So why buy cheap unfitted shirts that barely last a couple years. I plan on buying a couple more Chamois Shirts soon. Because of the quality and yes, I would absolutely recommend this shirt and LL BEAN’s other shirts to anybody.

Extra winter warmth
I enjoyed my last chamois shirt so much the sleeves wore out and fell off. So I'm getting another one for that extra warmth around the house by not not turning up the heat!

Perfect shirt, but size down
I love this shirt. It’s warm and soft—my new favorite. However it’s quite large: I’m a medium (5’9”, 150 lbs) and the small fits perfectly.

Attractive and well made shirt
This a great shirt but runs quite large. I bought large for my son-in-law because he wore large in previous flannel shirts from LL Bean. This shirt was too big so I ordered a medium instead. He loves it. Before I returned the large one I asked my husband to try it, 6’4” and usually only wears tall, and it fit! Sure enough when we all went out to dinner the following week they both wore the same shirt.

Great material, tricky fit
The material for this shirt is amazing, very soft and substantial. The colors are also good. My only complaint is the fit is tricky. It's advertised as an oversize shirt for layering, but I find the sizing impractical. I usually wear a large flannels, and sometimes they're still too small. The large size for this shirt is like a smock. It's just too baggy. With low expectations, I tried a medium and it actually fits me quite well. I wish the sleeves maybe an inch longer though. Even still, this is one of the more comfortable fitting flannels I own. I just have to be super careful it doesn't shrink up in the washer/dryer.
