This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Great lannel shirt
This flannel shirt is like what flannel shirts used to be like. It looks good, feels warm and doesn't feel like its been washed 500 times to make it thin as possible lol. It is sized appropriately

Best Flannel
L.L. Bean flannel shirrs are the best. They are soft, warm and roomy enough to wear a long sleve T-shirt underneath. My husband and I each have quite a few to survive the winter months.

Don’t buy
I loved these flannel shirts but they were poorly made. One arm would not fit in a sleeve. Another sleeve my arm would fit in but the sleeve was so small I couldn’t bend my elbow.

Great flannel
Really love these flannel shirts. Well made and soft. Fit is good. I usually buy the tall even though I’m 5’4” because they do shrink. They’re still long, but shorter than they were prior to washing and drying.
