Bleeds red if it gets wet
Very disappointed in this hat. Purchased for my husband for Christmas and he loved it up until it got wet. The wool liner is red and bleeds red everywhere when it gets wet!!! What a mess! Great product if you never sweat or are never in the rain/snow.

Not pleased
Nice warm hat, however after only wearing it for a couple of outings, the red dye from the liner is bleeding through the stitching staining the band around the lower edge of the hat. This greatly impacts the look of the hat and reduces its longevity-

Sweat stains that won't come out....
I bought one of these hats in both colors for a total of two hats. I really liked them when I first got 'em. But after only a little over a year, they are both really only suitable for work as they both have un-appealing sweat stains that are pretty bad. The weird thing is that I only wear them when the weather is cool enough and never when it's hot since they are lined with wool, and I typically don't sweat much at all when it's cool weather under just walking around conditions. I've tried just about everything ( shout, tide pens....name a stain remover and I've tried it) trying to remove the stains with no luck and the stains seem to be permanent, ruining both hats. Very disappointing since I really liked the hats for cold weather wear.

Quality hat. I think they run small.
It is a quality hat, with great thermal lining. I am a bit of a hat snob, and I would buy it again. Although, I have only small gripe - either my head is a bit big, or they run small.
