Burn more calories
We use our poles when snow-shoeing, what they were designed for. Was reading something about using poles when walking for exercise because this requires controlled arm movements which adds to the physical movement for body which increases the results for the exercise. Didn’t want to damage the tips on the poles, so looked on line and was pleased to see the rubber slip on tips which protect thetip and provide a little stability for the pole

Good Tips
I bought these to fit an old pair of Komperdell trekking poles and had to wrap the poles to get the new tips to stay on; however, they work great otherwise.

Fit my HikeLite Poles
Ordered 2 sets for my HikeLite Antishock poles. They were not listed as compatible but after chatting with an agent decided to give it a shot. Perfect fit. Great if you need/want to use hiking poles in a city.
