Troubling waist band. Not to mention color and …
These pants in Raven are a strange color. Maybe it’s an effort to incorporate the slightly greenish tinge of some raven’s feathers? But the really bad part is that the waist bands aren’t stitched down. I thought it was an error but another pair in gray (I liked that color) are also not stitched down and now after washing look old and ready for retirement or Saturdays…. I am returning the raven color pants. Now I realize that actually the slacks look nicer without bulging pockets stuffed with cell phone or keys or dog treats and bags but I need my pockets! and had missed the fact that they are not there when I ordered.
Sorry I usually love everything LLBEAN. I’ll have to write other positive reviews once in a while.

These are okay however, I much prefer the jersey knit cotton Original Perfect Pants.

Terrible Waistband
These have the worst waistband ever. It's not elastic in a casing. It is not sewn down. Terrible. Bean used to make a really nice Perfect Fit without pockets with the waistband in a casing. I simply don't understand the logic in these pants.
