Hope It Works!
I bought this coat for a trip this winter, so I haven't really worn it yet. It seems to check all the boxes: fairly lightweight, hooded, and everyday casual. It is on the fitted side but a lightweight sweater can be worn underneath.

Sleeves way too long 😔
I bought the Petite Small, according to the size chart. The sleeves were each about 3 inches too long, and I have long arms/legs for being 5’1”. I measured them, they were each 25” long shoulder seam to end. Gonna try a petite Extra Small.
