Not true to size.
Really beautiful shirts, but not true to size. I bought 3 in XL, which is the size I wear in LL Bean and all other brand shirts. I know this is slightly fitted, but that's usually not a problem (although I prefer the normal cut). These are cut very tight in the shoulders and biceps. I haven't worked out in 20 years, so it's not that they don't fit muscular men. You'd need to be downright narrow-shouldered for these to fit. Rather disappointing. If you are scrawny these may be fine. Too bad LL Bean wasn't more careful about the cut. I can usually get away with a fair bit of variety in sizing, but these are too tight even in XL. I'll be returning them to my local LL Bean store.

Favorite shirt, pleasing.
Love this shirt and so does everyone else. I have gotten more complements on this shirt than anything thing else I have ever owned. Vibrant colors, fits true to size, no wringing right out of the dryer. This is the real deal!
