It leaks!
I bought this product a few weeks ago and it looks/feels great. Very comfortable and convenient. However, if you plan to use real ice in it, it does leak pretty significantly. I noticed the bottom of it felt wet after an hour or so and then the back of my car was soaked! It will also get your back wet when carrying.
I would really love this product if it wouldn’t make such a mess. I guess the intention is to use sealed ice packs?

Very spacious!
I really like this backpack cooler. It’s very spacious and fits a lot! The only problem I have is with where to put dry stuff…the top storage area is tight. A little more flexibility would be great!
