Great everyday bag
Bought because I was looking for a tote bag. Goes with everything, very functional. Wish it had a few more internal pockets but gets the job done. Good size too. One biggest gripe is wish it zipped all the way closed or at least most of the way closed like the zip boat and totes, for the sake of my peace of mind when using it in the rain wish valuables inside.

It was not what I expected from the picture: The tote was a little too long, the zipper did not work too well, and overall the bag was too cumbersome. I will use it, but I have also bought the Stonington Daily Carry Tote from LL Bean, and it is perfect. BRT

Great bag!
I've looked for a tote that could fly under the radar as not-too-too-casual at the office and also double as a mom bag on weekends. This is perfect. The straps are super strong, and even when it is packed with laptops and files I am never concerned about the straps breaking. I agree with the other reviews that the open ends of the zipper were a strange design choice, but I've gotten used to it. I rarely zip this; I would happily trade the zipper for a few more internal pockets, but overall a great bag that I'll use for years.

Too floppy
I wanted to like this, but it is just not practical. My 16" inch laptop just makes it into the sleeve. However, it is a struggle because the bag does not stand up. It is floppy and I have to lay it down and use 2 hands to slide the laptop in. While i'm doing this , the other items in the bag slide all over the place. I Do appreciate the dual handles, so I can just grab the small ones if I do not want to carry it over my shoulder. This helps keep it from dragging along the ground when i'm carrying it by hand. I appreciate the water bottle sleeve on the interior. If this bag had some structure to it where it could stand up on its own with a wide mouth opening and larger laptop sleeve , the product would be much better. I will be looking for a replacement.
