I'm 5'6" and "Regular" size Pants are too short
I was very happy to see these highly rated pants on sale and ordered them in two sizes (10 and 12), sure that one size would work for me. Unfortunately not. The smaller size (10) fit ok through the hips and legs, but they were about two inches too short. The larger size (12) was too large overall (like jodhpurs thru the thighs). As I want the pants for walking and hiking, I want them to touch my shoe, or my ankle, at least. I don't think this was a style issue, but a simple matter of being constructed for a shorter length/person. Note that petite customers think they're great. This should have been a tip off for me.
Conclusion: these are decent pants, but the length is off. Ironically, there is a petite option for these pants, but no 'medium tall' or 'tall' option, so why not construct a shorter pant for petite sizes and put the regular or taller lengthen leg into 'regular' sizes?

More comfortable than jeans
Reviews are accurate. Purchased one size up. Light and comfortable. Good for everday wear and travel. Purchased 2 colors. The black one looks dressier. Wish they were about 1/2 inch longer.
