Our iconic Scotch Plaid flannel in our easygoing untucked fit. Designed with snap-front styling and textured corduroy details for a more rugged feel.
Since 1936, we've been making our iconic Scotch Plaid flannel shirts the way we always have: better than everyone else's. Our exclusive flannel is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

Aw snap!
Bought it during a good sale in early September. Though I've not worn it, I have worn another flannel and these flannels are well made beyond any competing product. LLBean is the OG of flannel and has no comparison. I never owned an LLBean flannel shirt until this year javing other brands and naively thought this is what flannel is. I did not expect a supremely soft material that kept cold out so well and you so comfortable. This particular design has the corduroy cuffs and collar plus flap pocket and snap buttons. Sure, a luxurious touch bit really cool to have at least one in the wardrobe as it exudes a sophistication that flannel may not bring. The gusset and complete design are phenomenal, the color choice too and having done research on the various Scottish clans and designs those brought with it made for a cool side quest which I think is a neat way to expand the coming years of other clan offerings. I am 6 foot 3 inches with socks on and 180 in the off-season, but the medium slightly fitted indeed fits beautifully, charmingly actually. I've gotten also a tall in medium in the aforementioned flannel ive worn and it offers a tad more coverage, which is nice, either way, both are phenomenal choices.

Another sound purchase
Product possesses the quality we've come to expect from LLB, has maintained color fastness and seam
integrity through a half dozen washings.
Only suggestion - LLB recognize its aging client base as well as consider expanding customer base to those with disabilities by offering shirts with snaps that also have "fake" buttons.
