FULL ZIP SWEATSHIRT
This sweatshirt apparently replaced Mr. Beans previous full zip sweatshirt. The previous model was traditional fit and made of heavy cotton. This new version is made of lighter weight material and is also "slightly fitted". Personally, if i am putting on a sweatshirt it's because it's cool outside and i want a heavier and therefore warmer material.
I am a VERY long time LL Bean customer. I have come to realize that in garments with long sleeves Mr Bean is a bit stingy with the sleeve length. The regular fit garments are always about 2 inches to short for me. Even though i am not what is considered tall at 5" 10.5" tall. I usually have to order a tall sized garment to get one with long enough sleeves! MR. BEAN, PLEASE START GIVING US LONG ENOUGH SLEEVES!

Not the classic sweatshirt
Returned this.
Not at all as expected. My husband has an old LL Bean sweatshirt that he loves but needs to be retired.
I was expecting this item to be a sweatshirt. The fabric isn’t sweatshirt material. Looks more like a wetsuit. And it has princess style seams which look feminine and not classic.
Very very disappointed.
I’m sure the quality is fine.

I bought both the black and putty colored multi-sport sweatshirts. They are comfortable inside or outside in Arizona during the winter months, and having a full zipper makes on/off easy. A key selling point for me was the zippered pockets which assures I don’t lose my mobil phone.
