Love the jacket, not the recycled material
Beautiful jacket, love the green, but... I did not know LL Bean was now using recycled plastics in their clothing. We get enough exposure to plastics! We don't need it against our skin! Wish they wouldn't move in this direction.

Stylish Lightweight rain jacket
This is the perfect lightweight jacket for summer New England rainy days. It is not rubbery so may not be water repellant, but it does keep light rain from getting to clothes underneath. The drawstring on the waist gives this a tailored look. I appreciate that on this black version, the zipper matches the color of the jacket. I would not choose a black rain jacket for summer, but the other color choices had contrasting zippers which made the coat look more artistic. Pleased with this product. This fit a 5'2" women wearing a small petite.

Stylish in a Storm
I bought this raincoat last fall to take on a river cruise in Europe. After touring in the pouring rain in Budapest and then wearing it this spring during some other downpours I can honestly say I am so pleased with my purchase! The fit is great and I like how the hood keeps my hair and forehead dry. It’s lightweight for packing but not too thin. The fit is terrific!
