Thrilled to Hike Now!
While sorry my former favorite LL Bean hiking shoes were no longer available, I tried these on in the store but was unsure about the sizing as they didn’t have mine in stock. Glad I ordered online and tried both sizes to see. My usual size fit perfectly and after 10 days of hiking and walks on the trails of Cape Cod National Seashore, I’m happy to report the support, traction and comfort are perfect! No breaking in was required for me and after two months of PT for back and knee issues, my whole body feels great after walking and hiking!! Love the seafoam color, too!! Thanks LL Bean! I did get the waterproof version, as well, and look forward to using them in cooler, wetter seasons. They are a bit heavier it seems but the fit and comfort are fine and they are working out well, too!!

I wanted to like these shoes. Loved the color but they were too narrow so I returned them.
