Size up!
I wear a size 6, but this Small raincoat was tight in the sleeves and hips and had no room to put it over anything but lightweight pants and a blouse. Certainly not over a sweater and jeans. That said, it's a nice color and very lightweight. I think a medium would be too big through the shoulders even though it would be better through body and arms. Too bad; it's cute. But I'm returning this.

Nice Coat for Light Rain
I wore this coat for the first time at an outdoor music festival . It fits great, is lightweight and the pockets are excellent. It was not, however, completely waterproof. I was outside in a steady rain and my arms got wet. Disappointing as it’s advertised as waterproof, and it was quite expensive. It will be fine for light rain.

Not very breathable
Jacket is waterproof. But not breathable at all. I sweat in this thing so bad I may as well be wearing a trash bag. I feel just as wet with sweat wearing this maybe rain would be better! Yuck.
