Women's Wharf Street RAINCOAT - NOT waterproof
I bought this raincoat with the belief that it was waterproof. It is listed in the specs as waterproof. This is not true. The sleeves are also long but sleeve length that's styled for a different species other than homosapiens seems to be the 'new normal'. It was the color that attracted me to the product and as it was advertised as a 'rain coat' that sold me on the product.

Size up!
I wear a size 6, but this Small raincoat was tight in the sleeves and hips and had no room to put it over anything but lightweight pants and a blouse. Certainly not over a sweater and jeans. That said, it's a nice color and very lightweight. I think a medium would be too big through the shoulders even though it would be better through body and arms. Too bad; it's cute. But I'm returning this.

Nice Coat for Light Rain
I wore this coat for the first time at an outdoor music festival . It fits great, is lightweight and the pockets are excellent. It was not, however, completely waterproof. I was outside in a steady rain and my arms got wet. Disappointing as it’s advertised as waterproof, and it was quite expensive. It will be fine for light rain.
