Not Right For Me
I needed a comfortable, straight-leg pant in all cotton with an elastic waistband. These were way too long. I can never wear a petite in pants because they are too short in the rise. A regular in the true-shape jeans, for example, is fine. These claimed to be cotton, but they had some lycra and the fabric was uncomfortable. I returned them.

Strangely light weight fabric
I bought these in tan, beige and black. The tan and beige are made of unflattering, light weight knit fabric. The black fabric is much heavier. I will be returning the tan and beige ones

Poorly made
So disappointed with the quality of LL Bean clothing. I ordered a pair of these pants , but they measured much longer than indicated. Returned and replaced with a new pair. Length was a bit long for me so I measured so I could make them a little bit shorter. I found that, as sold, one leg was a 1/2 inch longer than the other leg. I would not buy these again.

My favorite pants
I've been wearing the Perfect Fit pants for decades and have loved the consistency. So I was surprised and a little disappointed about the changes until I tried them on. The fit is more flattering, the flat waistband makes them much more versatile and attractive, and the quality is still what I've come to expect from LLBean. Also, appreciative that the pockets are still large and usable. I'm very happy with these and have ordered multiple pairs.
