Love the Warm Coat
I purchased this about one month ago and have worn it when it was cold. I love it. I really appreciate that the hood and the fur are removeable. I’m not a fan of attached hoods on coats. The only thing that would improve it is a zipped pocket on the outside/inside left near the zipper. I have those on other outdoor wear and it’s a good feature. The indoor pocket provided is not very useable; not well designed. That’s the only flaw.

Favorite Coat
This is my favorite coat. Bought a second one after the first one I owned for 5/6 years ripped in a few places and the zipper broke. I work outside and am hard on my outerwear, so I consider it lasting that long very good. It’s a flattering coat and comfortable and warm.

Fits perfectly
This coat fits me perfectly and is so comfortable. I noticed Llbean logos on all of my coats at home. I could be biased but I am always glad that I'm wearing a coat with Llbean on it. It's a sign that I will always be warm and cozy when I have it on.

Great coat for the cold
Love this coat. It's been a rough winter in New York, much colder than usual, and this has been my "go to" coat for those days. I like the detachable hood and the fact that you can either zip it up, or snap it closed, or both. Keeps me warm enough to be outside in the snow with the grand-kids! I am size 4 and XS is perfect, even with a sweater and shirt underneath.

Not that warm
I wanted to love this coat as my warmest winter coat but I am sadly disappointed. It is not as warm as some of my other coats. It has no L.L. Bean logo on it so I wonder if it’s a different brand. I kept the coat, but it will not be worn as my go to coat for the winter.
