How does Classic Fit fit, and compare to 505.
I was a Levi's 505 customer for years. Recently I have found it almost impossible to find Waist 30 x Inseam 29. So I tried these. Two problems:
1) The jeans go up beyond my waist all the way to my belly button. (Turns out I need the Standard Fit)
2) They are a bit longer than a 505 - 29 Inseam. So I may need to try the 28.
I like the texture of the denim, very nice and smooth feeling.
Also the Faded Denim color is similar to the Light Stone Wash in Levi's which is what I wanted. So that was also good.

Very poor size.
Purchased the jeans in the size my husband wears. He could not even close them. They were 4 inches too small around the waist. Very disappointed!!.
