Sized too small in waist
I just bought these for my husband at his regular size of 34, but the waist is way too small. He just bought a pair of similar pants at a department store last week and 34 waist fits fine. But the department store didn't carry 34x28, which he prefers, so we thought we would try LL Bean. Returning, but not happy that the sizing cannot be counted on.

So dissapointed, thought I had found them
I just recieved these, what I have been looking for in vain, can be worn casually or more dressy, comfortable 100% cotton chinos. When I open the package I saw they were just like that. But when I tried them on I discovered the thigh size was comically too big and I but have pretty big thighs from weight lifting. Thats unfortunate because the waist and gluteus fit fine

Check the waist fit
Good quality pants but the fit is not true to size. I have 35 waist for Bean shorts. Same cut & material. 35 in these pants fits like a 34. Returned for 36.
