Disappointed.
I wear black turtlenecks for work and decided to buy what I thought were high quality shirts from Bean. I followed the washing directions and the shirt shrunk lengthwise. I've had the same experience with another high-end brand long sleeve polo. I am disgusted that they don't allow for this shrinkage. The bottom of the shirt rests just below the waistline which causes gaps and I can't even tuck it in enough for it to stay.

Soft, substantial, quality turtleneck
I have 5 of these turtlenecks from LLBean; some I have had for several years. The colors have remained vibrantly gorgeous--no fading. And the fabric is of a high quality and thickness that is warm in winter and opaque. I love wearing them! They have not shrunk like some other tops from LL Bean. I have always been careful to wash on gentle cold cycle and line dry. The one caveat is that I wish the t-neck was a little higher. It always stops a little under my chin rather than covering all the way up. It's higher than a mock neck but not quite as high on me as a full t-neck. Half to a full inch higher would earn another star.

I find Tall fits me best
I love this turtleneck. Apparently sizing has changed. I was finding mine (size medium, regular) too short and sleeves too short. I ordered tall and it fits great. I am 5' 7 1/4" so I wouldn't expect to need tall, but it works for me.

Love the Tneck!
Love the interlock turtleneck! The neck holds its shape, and it is warm and soft. My only issue is that I can’t put it in the dryer, hence only 4 stars. I have to buy a tall size because otherwise it gets too small after multiple washes.
