I bought the xl tall because of the possibility of shrinkage. I really need the 1x but there is not an option of tall in plus sizes. The neck is tight. The fabric is 100% cotton but the material is itchy which is odd. I will return this.

You can't have enough LL Bean turtlenecks! I love the softness of the fabric. It keeps its shape even after many washings and continues to look new. This is a classic style that can be worn just about anywhere.
