It’s exactly what I need.
I haven’t had a chance to wear this yet, but I know it’s exactly what I need (not what I wanted, but what I need). Decent insulation level (not too warm), very light and not bulky, great dump pocket inside. I’m not looking forward to it getting cold outside (live in PA), but I am looking forward to wearing the jacket! 15 years ago I bought a great jacket - medium insulation, a hood that stowed in the color, GORE-TEX, and two big internal dump pockets. I can’t find a jacket like this anywhere. I think my new jacket will be 98% of this old jacket.
