Our founder, L.L., first introduced genuine handsewn mocs 100 years ago in 1926, and we've made them better than ever before. We added a more flexible insole and upgraded the foam underfoot for immediate comfort right out of the box. A new leather sock liner molds to your foot over time for custom comfort and a barefoot feel. And new, high-quality leathers that start out comfy and get better the more you wear them.

The new version is terrible. They don't breathe with the new footbed, and you can' take it out either to clean. The old version was for real people in the real world. Dang, lifelong fan...no more.
