Ultralight, ultrawarm--we made these mittens with lightweight PrimaLoft Gold® insulation that's super-compressible, so they're perfect for stashing in your bag or pocket until you need them. Pertex Quantum mini-ripstop shell is exceptionally tough and abrasion resistant.

New changes are disappointing and poorer quality
I have bought at least one pair every year as I like a pair in every jacket I wear during the fall/spring. The pairs I bought last season (2026) were disappointing the palm material goes down further (not just the fingers), the fit is tighter (always get medium) and they are less packable then the old style. Seem cheaper quality overall.
