Ultralight, ultrawarm--we made these gloves with lightweight PrimaLoft Gold® insulation that's super-compressible, so they're perfect for stashing in your bag or pocket until you need them. Pertex Quantum mini-ripstop shell is exceptionally tough and abrasion resistant.

Not an ideal glove
I purchased these gloves this winter after a lot of research. All I can say is I would never recommend. They are lightweight but fit is extremely weird. Tight around the wrist which I don't mind but baggy on the hand/fingers. I generally don't have cold hands but I feel as though these make my fingers cold! If my hands are chilled it takes movement and a good hour for them to warm up with gloves on. Unfortunately a terrible design. Too late to return as I tried to like them for the season. Bummer!!!

The gloves are more gray than lavender. It says they are lined with prima loft but not sure at all that is down.

Wanted to love them
I bought these to keep my hands warmer than a pair of non-insulated gloves that I had. I wore them when it was in the 40's outside while walking my dog and my fingers got very cold. They obviously aren't going to work in colder temperatures. I was hoping for warmth without bulk as advertised. For the price, I was hoping for better performance. Returning them.
